Several months ago I purchased the aluminum oliworks razor. I liked it but thought it a bit light. So I ordered the stainless steel razor with the long handle. The stainless model is the ultimate razor. So do yourself a favor, go right to the stainless model. The weight is a game changer.
And don't cheap out on shaving cream. Try Nivea men's shave cream. You won't be disappointed ...
Love it all around nice comfortable handle. I used the less aggressive attachment and my shave was fantastic no scrapes, bumps or burn. Nice and smooth. I’ll definitely use this every time I shave from now on!
I much prefer a mild razor for daily shaves. This fills the bill nicely . I use an Astra blade ..
Two comments…. one that razor handle fit the recess in the stand more snugly and two that meteor tails that mark the aggression were on the bottom of the top plate for easier viewing or selection . All in all a quality product that I will be happy with for many years .

It is a really light razor but it shaves nice. The grip on the handle keeps the razor firmly in your hand even if your hands are wet

I really love the razor. It’s very light which I had to get used to but that’s not a proble. The part I love most is how well the hair clears from the blade. I use my razor to shave my head as well and my old razor would get clogged. This one doesn’t get clogged and cleans out great!
The fit and finish is perfect. Your fingers lock onit it easily even went wet, but the edges are not sharp. It is a little heavier than I expected, but that just makes it feel like a tank.
Let me first start by saying this is an incredibly beautiful and functional work of art. The attention to detail is astounding. Second, the razor shaves like a dream. I have incredibly coarse hair that often results in irritation. I have tried all the top safety razor brands on the market. This one shaves the best on the medium aggressive setting. Don’t hesitate. Buy one of these.
The craftsmanship is excellent. I do get some razor burn with it though. Not sure if it’s just my old skin or the blades that came with it. Would love some feedback.

Excellent Razor, my preference is Mild. I know the Rockwell and Feather Razors and wanted to try something different. This one can easily be my goto. Packaging ipresentation quality...for sure Oliworks puts care into their product. Excellent, get one !!!

It produces a great lather quickly. I can hold it perfectly in my hand as I make a lather. Wonderful quality!!!
